Humanity Theater

A multimedia short film synchronized across 14 multi-colored light boxes and six screens of differing sizes and orientations.

Introduce the Humanity Gallery’s themes to museum guests using the story of local upstander, Werner Coppel.

Humanity Gallery

Six video installations projection-mapped over three-dimensional sculptures, each with three interactive kiosks explaining local individuals’ contributions to the community.


Goal

Showcase local community members achieving positive change to empower visitors to do the same.

Orientation Film

An introductory video spanning across three blended projectors to fill the theater wall.


Goal

Provide a historical background on the Holocaust and set the tone for the rest of the exhibition.


Challenges

Incorporate advanced animation to emulate a Graphic Novel-inspired visual style.

Adapt content to an ultrawide screen.

Make Your Mark Wall

A dynamic, four-monitor installation where visitors take self-portaits at internet-connected kiosks and view their photos alongside other visitors’ pictures.


Goal

Encourage visitors to “make their mark” through community building and activism.
